Hypebeast ("the Interface") is a non-custodial frontend for interacting with smart contracts on HyperEVM (999). By accessing or using the Interface you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You certify that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. You are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched or traded through the Interface may be worthless. Do your own research (DYOR). Prices can move quickly. You can lose all capital you deploy.
3. Non-custodial
Hypebeast does not hold your keys, custody your funds, or execute trades on your behalf. You interact with public smart contracts through your own wallet. You are responsible for every transaction you sign.
4. No warranties
The Interface and underlying contracts are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted access, bug-free code, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public materials under /security describe an internal security review, not a professional firm audit and not a guarantee of safety.
5. Prohibited use
You will not use the Interface to violate law, evade sanctions, exploit smart contracts, interfere with other users, or misrepresent affiliation with Hypebeast.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators of the Interface are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of cryptoassets, profits, or data arising from your use of the Interface or on-chain protocols.
7. Third-party services
Bridges, wallets, RPCs, and explorers are third-party services. Their terms and risks are separate. LI.FI and wallet providers are not controlled by Hypebeast.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
